Maddie Olley, 24, who has been with the company for just 6 months, has been promoted to Account Manager, dealing with some of her own shopping centre accounts and outbound clients as well as continuing to assist senior management in the day to day running of the larger portfolios.
Maddie joined Forum CentreSpace with experience of working at a major recruitment company where client service was an important factor in the job requirement. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Hull University.
Managing Director Kathryn Ling said, “Maddie’s experience was evident when she started with us, and she has been able to take on more and more responsibility since joining us at the start of the year. Maddie is part of the new teams we have been putting in place in Newcastle and London as we continue to grow. Our additional staff allow us to be more pro-active in the way we operate, whilst continuing to offer the full booking service and maintaining the strong client relationships we are known for.”
Maddie commented on her new role, “I was thrilled to join the team at CentreSpace in January as I am passionate about building client relationships and enhancing consumer experiences. Over the last 6 months I have widened my knowledge of the industry, and am enjoying strengthening relationships with both new and existing shopping centres.”
There have been considerable additions to the portfolio of shopping centres managed by Forum CentreSpace across the UK and Northern Ireland, and the company now manages mall commercialisation in over 70 centres.
