Forum CentreSpace are delighted to announce that following on from an initiative created to support local businesses in the Bournemouth area, we have awarded ‘Ages Apparel’ with 2 free weeks trading on an RMU in the Sovereign Shopping Centre in Boscombe! They will be selling unique African inspired clothing and accessories with a British design.
This business, set up by two brothers in the local area, was originally launched online, however as they start to bring their business face to face, we believe that they deserve this opportunity to have their products showcased in a busy environment and to take the next step in establishing their business in the marketplace.
With support on this initiative from Outset Bournemouth who offer a programme of business start-up support along with Bournemouth Regeneration and Bournemouth Business Association, CentreSpace have reached local entrepreneurs and made people aware of the growing opportunities at the Sovereign Centre.
Ages Apparel are passionate about producing high quality, ethical products. As their clothing and accessories range are inspired by wild Africa, they have decided to give back to the animals and culture that inspire them, giving £1 per t-shirt sale to the African Wildlife Foundation.
In the words of business owners Ross and George Okoye;
‘Our stall would be a great fit for people who want fashionable original products at sensible prices whilst also helping charity, giving high quality service and inspiring young people to do the same and to follow their dreams!’
