Forum CentreSpace appoint new Account Executive to Newcastle office

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Alexandra Dick as Account Executive in our head office in Newcastle. Alex graduated from Northumbria University with a Bsc degree in Psychology. Since graduating, Alex has worked in the retail industry, having gained experience in department store Fenwick as a Personal Assistant and has gained valuable knowledge of customer service, self-management and excellent communication. Alex will be joining our Newcastle team and will work directly with Jill Southern, Senior Account Manager, on 26 centres across the UK and Ireland.


Alex said "I am delighted to join the team at Forum Centrespace and I am passionate about contributing to the outstanding service they deliver within the commercialisation industry. It is great to be involved in a company which is always growing and recognised as a successful leader in the industry. I aim to gain in-depth knowledge of individual shopping centres and their requirements while building fantastic relationships with clients in order to achieve targets and increase mall revenue. I look forward to a long and rewarding career ahead with this professional organization.”


MD Kathryn Ling said, “I am delighted that Alex has joined our Newcastle office and am confident that she will soon prove to be a valuable asset to the team. She has good retail and customer service skills which are key to our continuing success at providing a personal service to each of our shopping centres”.



Annabel Ling has also been promoted to Senior Account Manager and will head up the London Office team, marking 4 years at CentreSpace. Due to the office expansion, Annabel will be leading a team of staff as well as heading up the Edinburgh House portfolio including Aberafan, Loreburne, Swan Centre, Guildhall and St George’s.


Rachel Booker has taken on a new role as Marketing and Media Coordinator, having gained 1 years’ experience as Account Executive. Rachel will be responsible for the in-house marketing and media communications for CentreSpace, including managing the social media profiles and handling the artwork from clients for the Mobile Promotional Units.
