Forum CentreSpace are delighted to announce that following on from an initiative created to support local businesses in the Stafford area, we have awarded ‘Chocolate@22’ with 3 free weekends trade on an RMU in the Guildhall Shopping Centre in Stafford.
Established in 2015, Chocolate@22 creates uniquely designed and flavoured bonbons, novelties and confectionary, using fair trade Belgian couverture, all from locally sourced or ethically products ingredients. All products are handmade by Vic Clarke, who, after working for confectioners in Staffordshire and London, and undergoing professional chocolatier training in Shropshire, decided to set up her own business from home.
Vic said: 'I'm absolutely thrilled to have won the competition and I am very excited to be given the opportunity to bring Chocolate@22 to the Guildhall Shopping Centre in July. This will be when I launch my new range of summery confectionery, alongside my bestselling colourful bonbons and solid bars. Along with the other exciting store openings, I hope to bring some theatre and fun to the centre, attracting more people through the doors and of course, reaching a wider chocolate-loving audience!'
Chocolate@22 will also be launching a new summer collection for Guildhall, including chocolate and pineapple candyfloss.
15% of everything sold from the RMU over the 3 weekends will be donated to MEN, raising money to support the families and victims of the Manchester Arena attack.
*Update - due to unforeseen circumstances, Chocolate@22 will no longer be attending The Guildhall Shopping Centre in July.
