Congratulations, Garden Woodcraft and Metal!

July 11, 2017

Forum CentreSpace are delighted to announce that following on from an initiative created to support local businesses in the Burton upon Trent area, we have awarded ‘Garden Woodcraft and Metal’ with 3 free weekends trade on an RMU in The Octagon Shopping Centre.

As a small family business located in the heart of The National Forest in the Midlands, Garden Woodcraft and Metal produce handmade wildlife homes and iron candle holders from their home workshop.

‘Everything is made with love, care and most of all attention to every detail’, says business owners Marie and Brett Stanley. 'As a family with four boys between us, we have always enjoyed our garden and being outside. Not only are our products practical for the wildlife but are a stylish addition to your garden.’

Wildlife conservation is at the heart of every product, from its initial idea to final design. For instance Staked Bug Box and Bird Box has an exclusive lid system with wildlife in mind. All the wood used is FCS (Forest Stewardship Approved) and the cones are forged from local green spaces. Keen wildlife enthusiasts, Marie and Brett are also members of the RSPB and The Butterfly Conversation Trust.

Garden Woodcraft and Metal will be in The Octagon Shopping Centre on 12th -13th, 19th - 20th and 26th - 27th August 2017. The following products will be available to purchase: Bird Box, Robin Box, Hanging Bug Box, Staked Bug Box, Butterfly Box, Froglet/Newt Home, Wrough Iron Candle Holders.
