We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed by FI Real Estate to manage the commercialisation activity at Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon.
With an average footfall of 270,000 per week, Brunel is the only covered centre in its vicinity and anchored by high street names such as Argos, Boots, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer. A prime location in the heart of Swindon town centre, the centre boasts a wide variety of high street brands as well as local independent shops and offers ample parking with over 700 spaces.
A key feature of the shopping centre is The Crossing, a vibrant 16,000 sq. ft. food hub located on the link bridge between Brunel Plaza and Brunel Arcade. The diverse food and beverage space is home to Chopstix Noodle Bar, Subway, Desserts & More, McCTAFF’s Cakes and Tastes of Portugal.
Annabel Ling, Senior Account Manager at CentreSpace, said: “We are thrilled to start working on this scheme. Plans in the pipeline for commercialisation include the introduction of more permanent kiosks to compliment the existing tenant mix and securing higher quality temporary mall activity to add to the shopper experience. The recent opening of The Crossing adds an extra dimension to the centre which, together with the retail offering, will provide an attractive environment for prospective mall traders."
Forum CentreSpace now manage the commercialisation diaries for 98 shopping centres, including 7 centres in the South West region. Please contact email@example.com for more information, alternatively call the London office on 020 7043 4626.
